Who We Are

RunGR is a Grand Rapids running group who lives, trains and runs to become better athletes.

Find out for yourself - come and join us for a run anytime! Meet the coach and the runners and try a workout or 2. It's the best way to discover the value before you join. Questions? This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

Our Mission

We support a lifestyle of running. Our members build relationships beyond the training, use their passions to give back to the community, and to achieve their personal best when they race.

Live, Train, Run!

What We Do

We run. We also enjoy mixing things up by cross training with group rides and open water swims.

In typical RunGR fashion there are plenty of opportunities for socializing such as weekly post run coffee, annual kayak trip, soup run, post-race celebrations, beer runs and our annual party!
